Day 5









Allright,,,,,,,Bobby did not get me the workout/mean plan AGAIN yesterday, BUT we have an appointment for 6:30 a.m. monday to go over it, so I guess I can wait a few more days.








Jim Jarvis and his family came over last night and gave us the inside scoop on the body building competition, so that was some real good info, although I have a few more questions on the spray on tan stuff





I weighed in this morning at 221.0, which again is odd because I gorged myself last night on smoked pork roast, smoked chicken, salad (stayed away from the beer bread).



In these pictures one of them is of the outside of my gym at 6:00 a.m. and the other oone Chad took while I was woking out doing incline bench on the Cybex machine., and the last one is best best impression of wolverine!! Headed to the gym this morning and then it's trick or treating tonight and then a costume party for the adults at the neighbors after the kids are done. Rhonda and I are going as the "dead prom couple"

Yesterday was another busy day at the office, but I only closed 1 of the three loans that I needed to close.
Today we have Jim & Tamara Jarvis + Kids coming over for dinner tonight and to go over the body building comp. info with us because he just went through it.
I weighed in this morning at 222.6, so finally got some weight gain(hopefully muscle). Yesterday was the legs workout and that was a bitch when you keep the rest periods to 1 minute!! I didn't get my diet/workout plan from Bobby yesterday.....better get it today!!

Day 3

Yesterday was a good day diet wise, I got all meals in and once again felt like I was going to explode but my weight once again actually came in lower this morning, I weighed in at 221.4 this morning.

Today I should be getting my exercise/diet plan from Bobby (can't wait). I just found out that the show is on May 1st, 2010, at Shawnee Mission South High School (Performing Arts Center) 5800 W 107th Street, Overland Park, KS 66207.

Today I need to get the following loans closed.....Hardy, Verheaghe, Walsh.

Day 2







Yesterday was the kind of day that will be a challange for me as I move forward. I was real busy yesterday with appointments and it was hard to fit in all the eating (but I did it), and then at the end of the day I had a Realtor Happy Hour so the Nacho's and a couple of beers didn't exactly fit into the big picture plan, but I am allowing myself a little freedom until Monday November 2nd because that is when it offically kicks in. Yes.....after November 2nd it is game on.

These workouts are going pretty well, they are fast and furious, but I do enjoy that I get in and out of the gym much quicker now. I am geting real excited to see what the diet/workout plan that Bobby has for me either today or tomorrow.

Weighed in at 223.2 this morning, but I'm sure that gain is due to water retention because of the Nacho's and adult beverages. Picture is of me gettin back on the wagon with my morning protein shake.

Day 1

Yesterday I went in for my measurments and here are the results:

223.6 lbs and 17.4% Body fat.

Bobby told me that I was malnutritioned and over-trained, so I will get my workout plan and diet plan by Thursday the 29th of October. my chest was too flat, shoulders are too small, lats were non-existent, and my legs are undersized. I will have to gain 30 lbs of muscle over the next 3 months while cutting the body down to 10%, and then the following 3 months will be spent losing 50 lbs....go figure. I paid this guy good money to insult me.....I guess it works.

His quick tip was for me to double the amount of food I was eating and make my workout more simple and keep the resting period to less than 1 minute between sets. After the first day I can say the workout is tougher and we haven't even gotten to what he is going to have me do....Uh Oh......and I lost 1 lbs after eating enough food to founder a horse...go figure.

My goal is to get down to 4% body fat and I have 7 months to do it, stay tuned......
