Day 1

Yesterday I went in for my measurments and here are the results:

223.6 lbs and 17.4% Body fat.

Bobby told me that I was malnutritioned and over-trained, so I will get my workout plan and diet plan by Thursday the 29th of October. my chest was too flat, shoulders are too small, lats were non-existent, and my legs are undersized. I will have to gain 30 lbs of muscle over the next 3 months while cutting the body down to 10%, and then the following 3 months will be spent losing 50 lbs....go figure. I paid this guy good money to insult me.....I guess it works.

His quick tip was for me to double the amount of food I was eating and make my workout more simple and keep the resting period to less than 1 minute between sets. After the first day I can say the workout is tougher and we haven't even gotten to what he is going to have me do....Uh Oh......and I lost 1 lbs after eating enough food to founder a horse...go figure.

My goal is to get down to 4% body fat and I have 7 months to do it, stay tuned......
