
OK!! We switched gears as of Tuesday morning and went from gain weight/muscle mode to cutting weight mode. I eliminated ALL carbs with the exception of a little Old Fashioned Oatmeal in the morning around workout time.....AND......Drumroll........I lost 6 lbs in 1 day! Went from 232.2 lbs(Monday and Tuesday morning) down to 262.2 lbs this morning. Don't quite know what to make of that, but I guess when you drop 1400 calories a day from your diet all from carbs then you can see that kind of result. Anyway time to go to the gym as he has me working out 2 hours per day 6 days a week. Pic is one I took of myself this morning,,,,yes I was that surprised.
