Day 79

Weighed in today at 230.6 lbs., I am soo excited to get on with this last part and get this fat off and get cut up, I will be posting monthly pic as we move forward. Been a bust week at work which is good because the first 2 weeks of this year were SLOWWW and kinda got me worried, I think that the snow really just kept everyone homebound, but now people are getting around out there and looking at houses to buy, so that is good news. FYI, I cannot hardly walk today, so feel sorry for me.....workouts with Bobby just kick the crap out of me.
