Yesterday I weighed in at 228.8 lbs and this mornign I was 229.2 lbs. We have set the date and January 18th is the official start of the competition diet and I start going down the path of losing 30-35 lbs. I got another 5 inches of snow last night, so the city will be shut down in terror!!! Weird that we could have snow in the middle of winter?? Anyway, gotta go and do an Ezekiel study!
