Yesterday was spent doing a lot of cooking for the week and waiting for the family to get home and I saw tyhe Chiefs whip the Bronco's IN Denver and Jamal Charles rushed for 253 Yds and 2 touchdowns! Derrick Johnson intercepted 2 passes for 2 touchdowns! WOW! Today is back to the routine and NO MORE TRAVEL for the next 5 months! Today I weighed in at 230.4 lbs, and for some reason I feel like I must be retaining a ton of water. Today pic is a people of walmart pic.
