Yesterday I had my "back" workout with Bobby and that went real good. We also had the "storm of the century" that was to roll into KC......but.....like usual it just missed us and hit Iowa like a drunken step father. The picture is my back porch after this storm that they said would hit us and as you can see it is pretty much just a dusting. I also had to buy a new TV yesterday because our big screen crapped out and of course it has been a pain in the rear trying to get it to work. I weighed in this morning at 226.8 lbs, I also got a new diet from Bobby yesterday and I can say that Protien pancakes rock!
