Day 47

Yesterday was another busy day at work and I went to the gym to workout the arms. We wnet to a play last night in Blue Springs to see a friends kid (Torre) act in it, and it was "The Life and Adventures of Santa Claus", it was really good. I am headed to the gym this morning and then I am taking the boys to The Gun Show Expo for the day and get them out of momma's hair for the day. I weighed in at 226.6 lbs this morning.
