Ouch!, Pain, hurt....Legs, sore......That workout has turned out to be the most painful to-date. Got to run and head to the gym, I am runnig out of time once again. Weighed in this morning at 228.0 lbs, so it looks like I am gaining some weight. I have a Happy Hour to go to tonight as one of my investors is taking us out, and I am thinking about joining the group, so I will let you know. Today pic is my baby boy on the pot, and NO this was not staged.
