Work has been really busy lately and I thought I would have a slow week this because of Christmas and it is usually slow this time of year, but it has been real busy and not much down time at all, thank God for all the work!! I worked out with Bobby yesterday on the shoulders and now we have hit all areas of the body, he says that I am still too "soft" and that we will start with the Estrogen blockers on the 22nd of january when we start the competition diet and this will "harden" me up. Rhonda gave Ethan a haircut yesterday and when I saw him I told her that he looked like Jim Carrey in Dumb & Dumber and thne she started laughing and agreed, enclosed in some coomparison pictures,,,you decide. p.s., we fixed his hair last night so he looks better now.
I weighed in this morning at 228.8 lbs.
