
It was another Monday.......things are going as planned I guess, nothing to report really because the diet is going good, I am getting hungry before the meals and I am looking forward to the meals and another weird thing is that eating these bland no salt, no sugar type meals are not so bad. The workout are getting easier too and I am able to keep the resting periods to under 1 minute and not feel like I am dying.
I meet with Bobby today and we will do an evaluation, so I will let you know what he says when I update tomorrow. Here is a pic I took at the gym and YES I did it myself because my workout partner Chad flaked on me and didn't show up. Weighed in this morning at 223.4 lbs.
