Day 9
















Yesterday I got my first "real" legs workout in, and I can say that it was the toughest to date. The eatin thing is getting easier, but still real tuff to choke down all of it. Dropped more weight and down to 220.2 this morning and when I woke up I was starving, so I can say that my metabolism is really starting to crank up! Here are some random pic's, I have a shot of all the pills and powders that I am taking (supplements), and there is a shot of Chad (workout partner) and I doing calves. Lastly I have some shots of me after 1 week with Bobby. I will try and get a picture of Bobby and I today so I can post it tomorrow.
