I spent that past couple of days in Indianola, Iowa over Thankgiving. I had permission to have 1 cheat day......so I did. I weighed in this morning at 228.2 lbs, and I am getting ready to go to the gym and then off to church. We leave on Tuesday night for Riley, KS to go deer hunting for the week and Ethan get's to go this year, so I hope I shoot one while he is with me. Well back on the regular eating schedule today!!
